Staycity Aparthotels London Heathrow ★★★★

We stayed over the night before a flight from Heathrow, 5 of us, plenty of room. Right next to the station and close to Heathrow airport. Friendly staff Comfortable beds Everything we needed

The apartment is very well equipped. Although the building is located at the railway station, the windows are well-insulated, not noisy. There is an automatic luggage locker if you turn back frequently. London is close by train (-> Paddington station).

The bed would've been a little bit harder.

We have stayed at this hotel for almost two weeks at the end of December/beginning of January. I can say that it is a good place to stay in even if you are in London for a long time. The trip to Paddington really takes just 20 minutes, and the trains are pretty frequent. The apartment that we had was a spacious studio overlooking the backyard. It was quiet and clean. It is a good place to stay with a child (if you're not using a stroller, as the stairs at the train station are pretty challenging :)), there are stores nearby where you can get all the basic stuff. One of the elevators inside the hotel always worked during our stay, and we never had to wait for it for too long. The mini-fridge was enough for 2 people (as we weren't buying anything in bulk :)), and we got a second bowl at the reception upon request. The garbage was also taken out upon request, as well as during the room cleaning. There's also a laundry facility inside the hotel, which is very convenient. I am overall very satisfied with the hotel, and am currently considering it as the place to stay during our next visit in the spring.

It would be great if the room cleaning schedule would be spread out more evenly throughout the length of the stay- we stayed for 13 days, and had the room cleaned on the 5th and 12th day (which was our pre-last day there). I feel like it would make more sense to clean it on the 5th and 10th days, for example (for our length of stay).

We arrived early after a night trip on the ferry and managed to check in straight away with a free upgrade to a 2 bedroom apartment. That was great! Staff were helpful and very apologetic about the cleanliness of the rooms.

We were initially booked in a room where someone smoked. The scent in the room was awful. Luckily we were offered another room. Changed rooms and moved luggage. Unfortunately found out that also oin this room not everything was clean eg kitchen surface and chair and sofa had stains on them.

the location is brilliant, its easy to drive too and the train station is right outside. the rooms are fexable enought to allow you to self cater with the comfert of a hotel.

the bed is 2 singles joined together and can be a little unconftable at times, we also found disgarded underwear in the bathroom cabinate for a priviouse occupant. house keeping need to step up a little, this is the second time we have had an issue.

Quiet and comfortable accommodation. Close to trains to make easy access to London. Close to all shops and food outlets. Hosts were very responsive to all requests. Laundry and cooking facilities made this an easy option for family stays.

I didn't like the first apart then at reception Mohit upgrade my apartment which was good and also he gave us late check out which was very helpful will recommend nice experience

Amazing property . Lovely location . Exceptional Staff . Warm & hospitable environment. One of the best property we have ever stayed. Clean & properly furnished. The staff was always ready to help or provide solutions to our problems. Kristina at front desk is an asset to the organisation. She made us feel at home and ensured that we remain a customer of this property lifelong. Transportation to London was very easy and one could use bus or train. Very near to the market and also located close to major stores. It makes a commercial sense to stay in this property and visit London every day using Oyster Pass. A place to cook , enjoy , relax & yet very economical.

More utensils in kitchen would be welcome. Certain guests cook food which smell a lot.

The property was on both a train and bus line. Unfortunately the train line to Heathrow was not working due to line upgrades. There is a Tesco’s next door to the property and lovely Indian Restaurant that serves both breakfast and dinner on site.

Kitchen need additional utensils eg a can opener

I always enjoy,my stay at this hotel,everytime,I come to london.i only stay here.as it is convient to get to places,from this hotel.

You just need to,put more mobile phone,charging ports,in more place around,reception area,where people sit&relax.
